  1. All pins will be in crystal (except hearts) unless specified.
  2. All hearts will be red, unless specified.
  3. A heart will be used for the word "LOVE", unless specified.
  4. All letters are capital print only.  If you want to customize, please contact and model charges/minimums will apply.
  5. All pins more than 2 letters will have a coil pin and catch.
  6. All pins that are 1 or 2 letters long, will be made as a tie tack
  7. Please allow 10-14 days delivery after receipt of payment (checks take longer to wait for clearing.)
